A cup of flour
An egg
½ cup of cocoa powder
Half a teaspoon baking soda
A quarter teaspoon salt
120 gm chopped chocolate
Four tablespoons butter (without salt)
½ cup brown sugar
Water as required
Method - For this, first mix maida, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. After this, heat half a cup of water in a pan on medium flame. Add chocolate, butter and brown sugar to it and stir until it melts. After this, turn off the heat and let the chocolate and butter mixture cool down. Now break the egg and put its inner part in the chocolate mixture and whisk well. After this, pour the chocolate mixture into the flour mixture and knead softly. Now pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. After this, make round balls of fine flour and press it between the hands. Now cut the flour balls with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Now place them in a baking tray. After this, place the tray in the oven and bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes. Now the cookies become tough and if the scent starts coming from them, then close the oven and take out the tray. Heart-shaped chocolate cookies are ready.
