New Delhi: Congress leaderRahul Gandhi today flagged off Shobha Yatra, an annual parade that takes place on the occasion of Valmiki Jayanti, from the party's headquarters in Delhi.

Rahul Gandhi has slammed the Narendra Modi government at the Center today on the occasion of Valmiki Jayanti. He said that today the Constitution, the ideology of Valmiki ji and especially our poor Dalit brothers and sisters are being attacked and this is visible to all. He said that the Congress party will not allow this attack to take place. The more they break the country, the more we will connect.

Addressing the program of Valmiki Shobha Yatra in Delhi, the Congress Veteran said, "I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations on Valmiki Jayanti. He taught the country how to live, gave the message of love and brotherhood, but today in our country it is under attack. Rahul Gandhi further said, "Only 4 to 5 people are being benefited in the country. Congress will stop the attack on the poor and the weak in this country. The more these people break the country, the more hatred they spread, we will talk about love."
