In the latest episode, Anuj tells Anupama that Anu has her traits and tells that it’s nice she called Bapuji and the rest of the house for the function. Anupama agrees and express his gratitude for inviting Bapuji for rituals as well. He asks her why is she thanking as the ritual is also for Kinjal and her baby so he will obviously be invited, but he says that both the families need to have some dividing line or things might go out of hand. She says yes. Vanraj screams at Pakhi and tells that she showed to be her mother’s child and questions how did she leave him and go to a celebration. He says that Anupama made him look like a villain. 

Anuj tells Anupama that he doesn’t want to not intentionally force their thoughts on Anu as she should be able to pursue her own dreams. Vanraj adds on saying Anuj is taking away all his happiness. Bapuji asks him to stop being jealous and insecure. Kavya questions Vanraj what is happening to him. Vanraj screams Anuj’s name and tells he is a issue in his life. He thinks of taking revenge. Next day, Anuj tells Anupama that he will do his announcement after the rituals. At the temple, the Shahs, GK, Ankush and Anu wait for Anuj and Anupama. Anupama gets ready and comes and Anuj gets mesmerized. They get in the car. 

Vanraj messeges Anuj asking him to meet after the rituals. Anuj says yes. Anupama tells Anuj that she feels like something wrong might happen. He asks her not to over think. They reach the temple and Vanraj sees them. After the rituals, Vanraj messages Anuj and asks him to meet him outside the mandir. Anuj tells Anupama but she asks him not to go. He tells that he needs to end the problem. Kavya calls Vanraj, but he says he’s out and cuts the call. She thinks what he is up to. Anu prays.
