Again the ace actor and awesome dancer Varun Dhawan will be reuniting on-screen with Alia Bhatt. Both the actors will be acting in their fourth movie Kalank. The movie is said to be a period drama which is being directed by Abhishek Varman. Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Sajid Nadiadwala's Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment will be the co-producer of the movie.
Both Varun and Alia will be joining with the cast including Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit. Both the other actors, Sanjay and Madhuri, also have an on-screen reunion after ages through this movie. The cast also includes Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur in pivotal roles.
Varun has started off with the shooting of the film Kalank. As stated in the PinkVilla, the movie will take a start with an introductory song along with Kiara Advani. The song has been choreographed by Remo D'Souza where Varun was joined by 500 backup dancers. The music of the song is composed by Pritam. From today onwards Alia will also join Varun for the shooting.
According to the sources, Varun has started his rehearsals with Remo’s team four days before the shoot. While Kiara followed him on the last two days. Meanwhile, Kalank is set in the 1940's with the backdrop of the Partition is slated to release on April 19, 2019.
