BJP MP Varun Gandhi has tweeted on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti and through this tweet he has expressed displeasure over the trend of 'Godse Zindabad' on social media. In fact, in his tweet, Varun Gandhi wrote, "Those who are tweeting 'Godse Zindabad' are embarrassing the country irresponsibly. However, Varun Gandhi gets trolled after his tweet. 

One user responded to his tweet and wrote, 'Wa Suar', while another user wrote: 'Things won't work, it's your party people who are making the trend 'Godse Zindabad. There is no fool greater than you. This is how many people are trolling Varun Gandhi. Nathuram Godse shot dead Mahatma Gandhi on January 30, 1948. Godse was sentenced to death for the same. Today is Gandhi Jayanti but Godse Zindabad is trending on Twitter.

In view of this, Varun Gandhi tweeted and wrote, "India has always been a spiritual superpower. But it is Mahatma Gandhi who expressed the spiritual base of our nation through his existence and gave us a moral right which is still our greatest strength.'
