Today we are going to share with you a Chinese recipe. Spring roll is an Indo Chinese food. It is very much liked by children. Vegan Spring Rolls are no more difficult to make. You can easily make this popular snack at home. Spring roll recipe also uses cheese, so the veg spring rolls are healthy. You can make the spring roll at home.

Necessary ingredients :

Flour - 100 grams,
Cabbage - 200 grams,
Paneer - 100 grams (mashed),
Green Chillies  01 (finely chopped),
Ginger A small piece (grated),
Soya sauce 01 tsp
Red chilli powder1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Ajinomoto_ 1/4 tsp
Oil- For frying spring rolls,
Salt as per taste.

Recipe :


To make veg spring roll, first sieve the flour, then add one and a half times the volume of flour (about 1 1/2 cups of water for a cup of maida) and make a thin and smooth solution. Now keep the solution covered for an hour so that the flour flourishes well. Now heat a pan on the gas. When the pan is hot, add a small spoon of oil and heat it. When the oil is hot, add chopped cabbage, cottage cheese, green chillies and ginger and fry it for two minutes on medium heat. After this add red chilli, black pepper, Ajinomoto, soya sauce and salt and mix well. Now turn off the gas. Now one step is completed and spring roll filling material, spring roll filling is ready. Now it is the turn to make the wrapper covering the spring roll. For this, heat a nonstick griddle and spread some oil over it. After that, dissolve it in a spoon and put it on the pan and spread it all over the pan with the help of a spoon.

Keep the flame low and allow the wrapper to sink. When the upper surface of the wrapper starts to change colour and leaves the pan on its sides, then lift it from the griddle and place it on an oiled plate. Now your spring roll rar spring roll wrappers are ready. After the wrapper is ready, place two tablespoons of stuffing on it and spread it from front to back in the middle. Now fold both the right and left ends of the wrapper inward and then roll it upwards and roll it. Just like when all the rolls are ready, put one tablespoon of oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add two spring rolls and bake it till it turns golden brown. If you wish, you can also deep fry them like pakoras. So, your spring roll preparation method was complete.
