Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, what type of breakfast you have not only impacts your health but also your mood, depending on how yummy your food is your mood and that will determine your mood for the rest of the day. However, it is not at all easy to prepare those delicious breakfasts, as mornings are the most hectic.

Eating healthy is as important as eating delicious, however many think that those combinations just do not add up. And we are here to change that. Additional to that, be sure what you eat does not impact the animals, and that is where Vegan comes in, and we have prepared a list of vegan breakfasts that fit all of your food needs. 

Vegan Banana-baked Oatmeal Breakfast

All you need is oats, ripe banana, nuts of your liking, vanilla, baking powder, milk, and maple syrup. The recipe is Vegetarian, vegan, plant-based, dairy-free, and gluten-free. You can cut it into “bars” for quick snacks, too. Topped with a little nut butter and banana slices, it’s a decadently wholesome treat.

Quinoa-Cinnamon Vegan Breakfast bowl

Almond Breeze, quinoa, whole cinnamon sticks. You could also get creative with your spices. Nutmeg, cardamom, and/or vanilla bean would all be welcome here. Add whatever seasonal or dried fruits you like. 

Scrambled Tofu Vegan Breakfast

Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a pan and warm it over medium heat. To crumble the tofu, I place the tofu in the pan and then mash it with a potato masher. That’s my preferred method, but you could also simply crumble it into the pan with your hands, or mash it with a fork. Cook it, stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes. Next, add the nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric and garlic powder and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring. Pour in the non-dairy milk and stir. Serve immediately!

Almond Butter Vegan Toast

This almond butter toast bar is loaded with so many favourites. Toasty, whole grain bread. Creamy almond butter in all the flavours. Fresh, plump fruit with a drizzle of raw honey and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Chocolate chips, cacao nibs, carob powder, and anything else that might make this feel like dessert brunch.
