1 medium-sized onion
1 small cucumber
1 small capsicum
1 small beetroot
1 boiled potato
1/2 to 2/3 cup grated cheese

chaat masala

Method of making chutney- First of all, grind all the ingredients by putting a little water in the mixer. Make the chutney thick. Now keep the sauce aside. Then boil the potatoes and beetroot. Peel them and cut them finely. Now wash the onion, capsicum and cucumber and finely chop them. Now finely chop the tomatoes as well. Now rub the thing finely.
