Make your breakfast healthy with Vegetable paratha rolls

Today we are going to tell you the recipe of Bharwa vegetable paratha roll recipe which is a healthier dish.

Ingredients-

1 cup flour, 1/2 cups milk and 1 tablespoon oil.

For Bharavan-

1/4 cup carrots finely chopped in long shape
1/4 cup beetroot finely chopped
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
1/4 cup capsicum finely chopped
1/4 cup cabbage finely chopped
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil.
Mix all the ingredients.

To decorate-

1 tablespoon oil, garlic, chilli, onion, pepper, basil, red chilli, salt and vinegar added, remove the white part of the lemon peel and grate the cut and chopped cheese in the round slices.

Method of making-

Knead all the ingredients except the filling and decorating material. Heat the griddle. Make a thin paratha by making small portions. Similarly, prepare the rest of the parathas and remove it in the plate. Mix the contents of the bharavan. Spread 2 tablespoons of filling on the prepared parathas and roll. Make oil dressing on the roll and serve with cheese.
