Make Vegetable Uttapam for breakfast on Sunday, this recipe is very easy

Material for making vegetable uttapam-
Idli rice – 2 cups
Urad Dal – 1/2 cup
Poha – 1 cup
Onions chopped – 1
Carrot pumpkin – 1
Capsicum chopped – 1/2
Chopped tomatoes – 1
Green chilli chopped – 2
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
Ginger chopped – 1 inch piece
Hard cards – 8-10
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
oil
Salt – to taste

Method of making South Indian style vegetable uttapam - To make vegetable uttapam, first of all, put idli rice, urad dal, and half a teaspoon of fenugreek in a large pot and add water as per the need and soak it for 5-6 hours. Now after the stipulated time, filter the water from this mixture and grind the dal and rice. Keep in mind that you should use a little water during grinding. After that take a bowl and add poha in it and wash it thoroughly. Grind the poha also and put it in the urad dal-rice batter and mix well.

Now cover this batter and set aside for 8-10 hours in a warm place. After the stipulated time, the batter will double and now mix it well. After this, add salt to the batter as per the taste and mix it. Now take onions, capsicum and tomatoes and finely chop all of them and grate the carrots. Then prepare their toppings. Add ginger, chilli, curry leaves, coriander and salt and mix all of them well. After this, take a nonstick pan and add a little oil to it, spread it around and keep heating on medium flame.

Now add 1 tbsp of batter to it and spread it round and round. Keep its thickness slightly higher than the normal dose. After that take the mixed vegetable and put it on top of the uttapam, spreading it and pressing it slightly. Now put 1 tsp oil on its sides and cook it from the bottom until golden then turn over and bake. Delicious vegetable uttapam is ready Serve it with chutney.
