Tollywood stars love to celebrate their films. Recently, Venkatesh Daggubati and Divya Bharti starrer Bobbili Raja is one of the best films of the 90s and today it has completed 30 years. The film is loved by Telugu audiences and the beautiful love story of the king and queen is still said to be one of the most romantic love stories. The lead pair’s chemistry and his iconic dialogue ‘Ayyo Ayyo Ayyayyo’ cannot be forgotten. The movie was helmed by B. Gopal and was bankrolled by Suresh Babu under the Suresh Productions banner.

As Bobbili Raja clocked 30 years today, Venkatesh went down the memory lane and expressed his happiness over the milestone. He took to his Twitter space and shared the Bobbili Raja poster and wrote, “Today marks #3DecadesForBobbiliRaja Feeling very nostalgic! Smiling face with halo Thank you to all my fans and everyone who has contributed to the success of the film! I couldn’t have done it without you all! (sic.)”

Bobbili Raja was a huge commercial success for the amazing chemistry and the soundtrack, composed by Maestro Ilaiyaraaja, with chartbusters like Ayyo Ayyo, Kanya Kumari, Chemma Chekka, Oddante Vinade and Balapam Patti. The film also featured Gummadi, Vanisree, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Satyanarayana, Brahmanandam, Sumitra, Sivaji Raja, Babu Mohan, Pradeep Shakthi and Jaya Prakash Reddy in central roles.
