Peanut Gajak is one of the item which is a favourite on traditional festivals of Makar Sankranti and Lohri.It can be made easlity with just 3 ingredients. So, let’s know the recipe of Peanut Gajak.

INGREDIENTS

1-2 pcs jaggery (gur), 2 tsp ghee, to taste peanuts

METHOD

1. First of all Melt Gur with ghee over low heat.

2. Then, add peanuts slowly.

3.Now Stirit  for a few minutes.

4. Now, Pour this into greased pan and cool over night.

5.Now,cut into square or rectangular pieces and enjoy.
