In his statement Piaggio India Chairman and Managing Director Diego Graffi said, "We are working closely with our dealers in navigating in a new way and the beginning of opening the dealership is a big step. The company is focused on customers having previously announced original equipment warranties and free service extensions that expire during the lockdown period. Our dealership is responsible for all vehicle sales and service. We want to ensure to our customers that we do not face any difficulties during the purchase of a new vehicle and are able to avail the service."
