Sirivana project by Vibez Estates is a project to let customers own a farmhouse in the midst of Teak Plantation started in Chikkaballapur, North Bangalore, Karnataka. The team comprises of civil engineering experts and teak plantation experts to provide customer a satisfactory delivery. This project is to promote Teak Plantation. They promise of buy back, maintenance of farm house and the teak plantation increasing company’s revenue, 80% of teak will go to customers and remaining will be utilized by the company. Drip irrigation method will be used to water the plants, 400 Teak wood trees per acre will be cultivated and plot size is Two acre or multiples of two. The farmland and the plantation will be registered in the customer name and the plot has been valued as INR 39.5 Lakh to INR 1 crore and a rental agreement will be signed with the customers for the maintenance. The plot being a farmhouse will not be occupied everyday hence sirivana is planning to use it as a resort for the people coming to nearby tourist attractions including Nandhi Hills, Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple, Channapura Falls, Skandagiri Hills and few more. The nearest airport is the Bangalore International Airport, 35 km away and Chikkaballapur Railway Station is the nearest station. The completed projects of Sirivana include Vibez Belagodu, Vibez Vriddhi, Vibez Anantara and Vibez Ila and received a huge success among the customers attracting various awards from different prestigious organizations.
