GANDHINAGAR: During his visit to Mumbai on Thursday, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel met with business executives in one-on-one sessions as a prelude to the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors Summit (VGGIS) 2022. In January 2022, the 10th edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit will be hosted in Gandhinagar, the state capital, under the subject "Atmanirbhar Gujarat to Atmanirbhar Bharat."

Patel was in Mumbai for a roadshow to encourage investors to Gujarat ahead of the 2022 summit. "The Vibrant Gujarat Summit, founded in 2003 by then-Chief Minister Narendra Modi, has helped to establish Gujarat as a global brand." It was a new experiment for the nation and the world when he started the summit. On Thursday, Bhupendra Patel stated, "It is now a global brand image to deal with."

"In addition to promoting investment in the state, the summit has evolved, focusing on global concerns, their solutions, and opportunities available worldwide." Other important takeaways include networking and knowledge exchange. Gujarat is dedicated to achieving Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat for the progress and development of India's citizens," Patel said.
