Hyderabad University has extended the current Vice-Chancellor's tenure

Hyderabad University has taken big decisions regarding the tenure of The VC. On Tuesday, the tenure was professor. Appa Rao Podley was extended as vice-chancellor of Hyderabad University (UOH).

The university released a press release stating this big decision, in which the professor's tenure was completed and the result was stated. The Ministry of Education on Tuesday informed the President of India's decision as UOHVC, who extended his tenure as a visitor and professor. Appa Rao Podle is the VC of UOH for another year or until the time the new Vice-Chancellor is appointed, whichever is earlier.

Appa Rao Podle is an Indian scientist, academician and currently vice chancellor of Hyderabad University. In 2017, He received the Millennium Plaques for the achievements of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's life style. However, this is also a big success for VC, because the increase in tenure is usually done only on the basis of the efficiency and impact of the previous work. while
