On thursday evening, Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari reached Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. Head of Presidential Admin, Mongolia received him at the airport.

Vice-President Ansari is leading the India delegation for two-day 11th Asia Europe Meeting- ASEM-Summit starting from today.

The Vice President will hold bilateral meetings with President of Mongolia, the Speaker of Parliament of Mongolia and Prime Minster of Mongolia during the special lunch.

The focus of multilateral biannual summit will be on multidimensional inter connectivity between Asia and Europe.

The theme for the summit is "20 Years of ASEM: Partnership for the Future through Connectivity".
