New Delhi: Delhi Police was stoned by locals in the Seemapuri area of the country's capital Delhi on October 1. Police had gone there to arrest the miscreants who had opened fire on a meat trader and fled. As soon as the police entered the colony, bricks and stones were pelted on them. Five policemen including SHO were injured in the incident while 10 of the attackers were arrested.

A video in this regard has also gone viral on social media. In the video, you can see how they are being attacked with stones as soon as Delhi police enter the colony. The attack is taking place at a rapid pace. The police are not able to move forward even if they want to. The video is being questioned on Twitter that if the police had retaliated or defended themselves after the attack, the police would have been called hangmen, suspended and human rights would have started crying. But does the police have no human rights?

Police have arrested 10 persons including two women after the attack. These include Moidul Sheikh, Rukhsana, Mahmood Feroz, Ajay, Iqbal, Hasibul Darajul Mohammad Mian, Rahul, Amin. Police are searching for the rest of the accused. The entire case is said to have started with the firing on Shah Alam, who runs a meat shop in Seemapuri.
