Bollywood action star Vidyut Jammwal will be seen playing the role of 'Sher Singh Rana' in his debut biopic. Produced by Vinod Bhanushali, the movie will be directed by Shri Narayan Singh. Sher Singh Rana is going to be a sharp thriller movie depicting the real story of an unreal person, who was a hardcore Rajput. He had embarked on the most dangerous journey to bring back the remains of India's 800-year-old pride Prithviraj Chauhan to India.

Earlier, when Sher Singh Rana was in Tihar Jail, he had escaped from the high security of the jail not by violence but by a mental trick, by doing so he created an uproar all over India. According to Meda reports, on being a part  of the team of Sher Singh Rana, Vidyut Jammwal has said that "Sher Singh Rana is my first biopic. I think destiny has added  all the aspects to me, the role of the fearless Sher Singh Rana. I am extremely excited to work with Vinod Bhanushali and Mr. Narayan Singh. ''

Talking about the casting of the movie, Mr. Narayan Singh has further said, "When you hear the stories of Sher Singh Rana, you will know that his life and his experience were very exciting and full of conspiracies. While Vidyut Jammwal has made his mark in the world of action, in this film he is going to be seen playing a character that he would have never done before. It's about a person whose only goal was to do something for his nation. ' 

Talking about his association with Vidyut Jammwal, producer Vinod Bhanushali has said, "Sher Singh Rana" will highlight a story that created a stir in India years ago. Through this film, the audience will see Vidyut in a never-seen-before character and the vision that Mr. will bring on screen is definitely going to be entertaining. ' The biopic on Sher Singh Rana is set to be produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Kamlesh Bhanushali, Vishal Gurnani of Bhanushali Studios Limited and Vishal Tyagi and Mohammad Imran Khan of Matargasti Films.
