Views of individuals do not represent entire industry: Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce

"The new guidelines and Jio are badly affecting the Telugu film industry workers and film releases," said Tollywood actor Pawan Kalyan at a recent 'Republic' pre-release event about the ongoing issues in the Telugu film industry. had expressed his views. Now it seems that the film industry has split into two groups based on the views of the actor. Group A, which supports his views, includes actors Nani, Kartikeya, Sampurnesh Babu and director Dev Katta, while Group B consists of TFCC which condemns his views about the AP government.

As of now, the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce has issued a statement condemning the views expressed by various individuals in the industry, stating that the views of the individuals will not represent the entire industry. In his press note, TFCC Chairman Narayan Das Narang says that the Andhra Pradesh government is responding positively to their concerns, and the government assured that it will resolve all its issues soon.

The press meet organized by the AP government also stated that they are positive about the film industry, and will address all its issues in future. AP's Minister of Information and Public Relations, Perni Nani condemned the comments made by Pawan Kalyan against the government and mentioned that the film 'Love Story' is doing very well in AP without any issues contrary to Pawan Kalyan's thinking.
