The Gujarati Film Excellence Award - one of a kind award show which was organized to promote tourism and Gujarati cinema. Viral Shah's directorial 'Golkeri' has been awarded as the best film of the year at the FEA Gujarati.

Golkeri has been recognized at multiple levels at the FEA Gujarati depicting a great team effort including the brilliant execution of Viral Shah as the director. The movie was produced by Manasi Parekh and Parthiv Gohil. Manasi Parekh won as the best actress, best supporting actress award was honoured to Vandana Pathak and the best art Director to Abhishek Kharsani.  Viral made his debut as a director with ‘Midnights with Menka’ in 2018. It was later, that he came up with ‘Golkeri,’ a comedy-drama. He has been working hard since his childhood as a Child actor followed by that as a popular dubbing artist. His hard work also presented him with a production company named ‘The Creative Tribe’ as a co-founder. This movie has come as a fresh air leaving behind the extreme excess of drama more of spice. This emotional comedy movie has brought a new era in the Gujarati Industry.

Marking this auspicious moment Viral Shah said ‘It’s an overwhelming co-incidence when your film wins the best film award on the same date it released exactly a year ago. And the best part is the film received love and appreciation throughout the year. This award just gives us more motivation and a challenge to create stronger content. And yes challenge accepted.’
