Mumbai: Reliance Industries owner Mukesh Ambani will be very happy today. Because another big company has made a big investment in JIO. Within a month, the third major investor in Jio has invested crores of rupees. Vista Equity Partners has announced an investment of Rs 11,367 crore in Jio. This investment is the third major investment in Jio platforms within the last three weeks.

The equity value of Jio platforms has been estimated at Rs 4.91 lakh crore and the enterprise value of Rs 5.16 lakh crore. With this investment in Vista Equity Partners Jio platforms, it has become the largest investor after Reliance and Facebook. Jio Platforms has collected 60,596.37 crores from leading technology investors. Vista's investment is at a 12.5% premium over the Facebook investment in April. Earlier this week, Jio was invested by Silver Lake. That investment was also at a premium from the Facebook deal.

Mukesh Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director of Reliance Industries Limited, said on Vista's announcement that, "I am pleased to welcome Vista as an important partner, it is one of the largest specialized tech investors around the world."
