Brahmananda Sharma is a 31 year old judge who gives  court preceding just like any other judge but he doesn’t use notes or pen to make decisions.

Bhrahmananda is a visually impaired person who comes from Rajasthan. He is the judicial magistrate of Sarwar of Ajmer district. He lost his eyesight due to a disease name Glaucoma when he was 22 years old.He always wanted to be a judge and never gave up on his dreams inspite of these obstacles in his life.

He was refused to study in a coaching centre when he wanted to prepare for the entrance tests. He gives all the credits to his family, especially his wife . His wife is a government teacher , she helped her read books  and then he would record it to listen on later days.He cleared the Judicial Services examination in the first attempt securing 83rd rank. After a year’s training he was posted to chittorgarh district in Rajasthan.

Sharma easily recognises footsteps of the advocates coming in the hall, sometimes it becomes impossible to believe that he can’t see.He can easily judge the authenticity of the petition just by listening to it.

He listens to the recorded proceeding over and again so that he doesn’t miss a single point as that might be really crucial for his position of job.

“Usage of technology and gadgets should be brought into judicial existence , that will make all the people conscious of what happens before a judgment comes into individuality” he said “i have no remorse for my disability” he added.
