The Vellore Institute of Technology has decided to change the schedule of the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination 2021. As per the latest notification, examination will now be conducted on May 28, 29, and 31.

Earlier exams were scheduled from June 18, but the dates have been changed in view of the change in the schedule of several entrances. The last date to fill the application form to appear for VITEE 2021 is May 20.

This year, the entrance examination will be conducted in remote proctored mode. The student will appear for the examination from their own personal devices such as a laptop or computer while an invigilator is present through a web camera.

Aspirants wish to fill out the application form for the VITEEE 2021 must visit official website of institute and register online.

How to apply online

Step 1: Visit the website of VIT, vit.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link ‘New Registration’.

Step 3: Enter your personal details and educational qualifications.

Step 4: Upload all the required documents.

Step 5: Recheck the form and pay the application fees via online mode.

Step 6: Submit the application form and take a printout of the confirmation page.

The students who sit for entrance examination can seek admission to the institute on the basis of their scores. Last year, the exam was cancelled and students were granted admissions on the basis of their Class 12 scores.
