The Chinese smartphone com[pany Vivo has launched a budget segment smartphone under its Y-series dubbed Vivo Y91i in India. The biggest highlight of Vivo Y91i is its price tag, it has been launched at a reasonable range with decent specifications. Vivo Y91i price in India has been set at Rs. 7,990 for the base 2GB RAM and 16GB of storage and Rs. 8,490 for the 2GB RAM and 32GB storage variant.

Talking about specifications, it sports a 6.22-inch HD+ (1520×720 pixels) 19:9 2.5D curved display. The smartphone weighs 163.5 grams and measures 155.11×75.09×8.28mm. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P22 12nm processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU on top coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of storage options, both expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. Further, it runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Funtouch OS 4.0.

As far as optics is concerned, VivoY91i sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture while at the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with f/1.8 aperture. It packs a 4,030mAh battery and boasts of a Face unlock. Connectivity options include, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and dual 4G VoLTE SIM card layout. 

According to the reports, Vivo Y91i will be available via offline retail stores across India, there is no confirmation regarding its availability via online websites.
