According to a new report by Counterpoint Research, another Chinese smartphone brand has made its place in the Indian smartphone market after Xiaomi. Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has made it to number 2 with a 21 % market share. Xiaomi still remains the first choice of Indian users. Samsung, occupying the No. 2 position, has come third with 19% market share. Xiaomi retains the top position with 27 % market share.

Indian market overtook America, made assistance in top position

In the Indian smartphone market, OPPO and Realme occupy the fourth and fifth position with 12 % and 8 % market share respectively. According to the report by Counterpoint Research, Vivo has recorded a growth of 76% year-on-year. The company's year-on-year growth in the fourth quarter of the year was 134 %. According to this report, Apple has suffered the most. Apple's market share in the Indian market is now just 2% left.
