Vodafone Idea has given the facility of mobile recharge from grocery and medical stores while giving great convenience to its customers amid lockdown. With this, Vodafone Idea customers can now go to any grocery store and medical store nearby and get their favourite recharge done, although this service is currently in Uttar Pradesh West, hopefully, soon it will start in other circles as well The company has said in a statement that the facility has been made available at more than 6,500 grocery stores and medical stores of UP West Circle.

Work is also on to increase their number rapidly. Vodafone Idea claims that a large number of people are also recharging from these stores. Earlier, the company has given the facility of recharge through messages and missed calls. Also, it can be recharged from the ATM. On the other hand, those who use smartphones can recharge themselves from their My Idea and My Vodafone app. Vodafone Idea has recently released WhatsApp number for customer care service.

The company has also launched Customer Care Chatbot with the support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) which is available on the company's website, My Vodafone App and My Idea App. To avail the customer care service, Vodafone customers have to send WhatsApp messages on 9654297000 and Idea customers need to send messages on 7065297000. Let us know that Vodafone Idea has become the first telecom company in the country to provide customer care service on WhatsApp number.
