Idea Cellular and Vodafone merge of two known companies of Telecom Industries have been completed. Mukesh Ambani's telecom company Jio Infocom, along with many other telecom companies, is a competing company of Vodafone and Idea. Reliance Jio has made a bang in the market because of launching cheap plans on the day in the telecom industry. Idea said that after the merger, the share of income in the market is 40 percent and total 400 million subscribers are expected. Which is much more than Bharti Airtel. What will be the impact of Vodafone and Idea Merger on other telecom companies, it will tell the time ahead. It will be interesting to see what other telecom companies fall into the market by creating strategies to combat this merger.

The merger of Vodafone and Idea will start the country's largest telecom company, which will be worth $ 23 billion (about 1.6 lakh crore). There will be 12 directors in the entity board, including Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla and CEO Balesh Sharma. Himanshu Kapania is working as managing director in Idea But he will continue to offer his services in the Non-Executive Director of Merger's Entity Board. 

After the final approval from the telecom department in July, the merger of Vodafone-Idea has got the approval of the NCLT. The tariff war is going on since Reliance Jio came into the market. After the merger, the name of the new company will be Vodafone Idea Limited. After Vodafone-Idea Merger, this new company will give a tough challenge to Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio Infocom.
