On behalf of customer care, it has been stated that due to yesterday's rains, heavy water has accumulated in many areas of Pune, which is reported to be not networked in many areas. It was informed about the matter through a tweet on behalf of Vodafone Idea, saying that this is a temporary problem, which is being worked out at a speed to remove it. On behalf of the company, some time was sought from the consumer. Thereafter, Vi Customer Care informed in a tweet that the problem of network down will be resolved within three hours.
