1 Lemon
The first in our list of home remedies for vomiting during pregnancy is the simple lemon. Its smell can calm you down and lessen nausea.
How To Use:
-Start your day by drinking a glass of water with freshly-squeezed lemon and a spoonful of honey.
-Or grate and take a whiff of fresh lemon peels to feel better when a wave of nausea hits you.
-Or put a few drops of lemon essential oil into a handkerchief and inhale deeply whenever you feel nauseous.

2. Have a cracker
Have a cracker first thing in the morning. The cracker is bland, rich in carbs and soaks up any acids accumulated through the night.

-Keep the crackers handy and pop a few before getting up in the morning.
-Don’t get up right away. Let the digestion process start.
