The horrific incident took place when the victim was going to tie rakhi to her brother when four people kidnapped her taking her to the roadside near a bush the four of them took turns raping the minor. The girl kept screaming, but no one listened to her plea. Suddenly, a Scorpio rider who passed through the road went towards the bush after hearing the screams of the girl, seeing that the four accused fled.

The Scorpio rider helped the victim and admitted her to the local hospital, where she is currently undergoing treatment. After getting information about the incident, the police reached the spot and started investigating the whole matter. The condition of the minor is said to be serious. Along with her delicate parts, there is a wound in the private part. At present, the police have kept her in their custody and no one is being allowed to talk to her. At the same time, there is resentment among the people of the surrounding area after the incident.

According to Bhagwanpur SHO Pankaj Kumar, the police have got a rape test on the girl done. Some people have been questioned. On the statement of the victim, an FIR has been registered against Pawan Kumar, Ankit Kumar, Imamuddin, and Dinesh Kumar on Saturday. One of them has been raided and taken into custody. He is under interrogation.

According to the information, the victim lives at her maternal uncle's house. After the incident, the family members are shocked and are pleading for justice. Local people say that these days the deserted road is crowded with drug-takers and alcoholics. They can carry out the event with anyone and harass school-going girls. But the administration is not paying attention to this. Local villagers say that the situation is not quite right. After the prohibition of alcohol, youth are trapped in the addiction to drugs.
