Lucknow: While Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath aims to make the state crime free, on the other hand, there are continuously crime and rape cases reported.

Once again, a baby girl was tried to rape. Even though the offender of this dastardly deed did not succeed and people grabbed him and handed over to the police.

Even before this, many cases have emerged in Uttar Pradesh with the innocent girls. The Unnao case had just come out recently.

According to the information, this case is from Jhinjhana police station under Hasanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. Police told that the accused Gokuldas who is 25 years old,  tried to make an eight-year-old baby a victim of his lust, but at that time the girl's grandfather saw it and grabbed the accused by making noise.

As per the information from the police, the grandparents of the girl was working in the farm and the child was playing at a distance from them.

The accused Gokuldas passed there and his intention to see the playing child went wrong. He looked around and pushed the baby in the field where no one seeing him. As soon as Gokuldas wanted to make her a victim, the child's grandfather saw him. The grandfather took hold of the accused and stopped him, the accused beat up the grandfather. Listening to the noise, the people gathered around and caught the accused.

The angry villagers beat the accused badly and handed him over to the police.   The senior police officer of Hasanpur district told the Newstracklive that the accused has been arrested and sent to jail under the IPC Section 354 imposing charges of the Posco Act.
