Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Kiara Advani’s ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ already hit the theatre screen. Vicky and Kiara appeared in Bigg Boss 16 to promote their movie on the popular reality show. The promo of the show featuring the duo is doing round. In the promo, Vicky asked Salman Khan about pick-up lines that girls use for him, but he is sure they 'drop' him.
Vicky asked Salman Khan, “Did any girl use any pick up line on you? And if yes, what’s the worst pick-up line you have heard?” Salman replied jokingly as he laughed, “Pick up ka toh pata nahi lekin ladki ne drop zaroor kiya hai mujhe (I am not sure about the pick-up but girls have certainly dropped me).” Vicky and Kiara also joined him laughing. The host then added, “Well, to be honest, I don’t remember any such pick up line.” Their conversation left the audience laughing.
In the film Govinka aka Vicky Kaushal stuck between Bhumi Pednekar (Gouri) and Kiara Advani (Suku). He is accused of his wife's (Bhumi Pednekar) murder but there is no dead body. The story revolves around property, extra-marital affairs and a failing career, Govinda is blackmailed by his wife. The movie is all about how he deals with this situation.
Govinda Naam Mera is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, Govinda Naam Mera is directed by Shashank Khaitan, who has previously directed films like Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Dhadak. Govinda Naam Mera released on Disney+ Hotstar on December 16.
