The global cryptocurrency market capitalisation scaled up by 1.13 percent to USD 1.63 trillion in the last 24 hours, while trading volume fell by 35.81 percent to USD 83.88 billion.

While decentralised finance (DeFi) accounted for 14.72 percent of total 24-hour cryptocurrency trading volume (USD 12.35 billion), stablecoins accounted for 79.27 percent (USD 66.49 billion). Bitcoin's market dominance increased by 0.04 percent to 41.26 percent this morning, trading at USD 35,596.12.

Bitcoin gained 0.99 percent to Rs 29,32,695, while Ethereum gained 2.37 percent to Rs 2,05,009.3 in rupee terms.

Cardano gained by 0.59 percent to Rs 88.71, while Avalanche gained by 2.09 percent to Rs 5,105. Polkadot fell 2.64 percent to Rs 1,475.01, while Litecoin rose 1.28 percent to Rs 8,942.81. Tether gained by 0.13 percent to Rs 82.51 per unit.

Memecoin SHIB gained by 1.66 percent to Rs 11.47, while Dogecoin gained by 2.5 percent to Rs 11.47. Terra’S (LUN)  price advanced 2.31 percent to Rs 5,499.94.
