The trouble for Jacqueline Fernandez is increasing these days as she was named as one of the accused in the Sukesh Chandrashekhar 200 extortion case. The actress was accused of taking gifts from Sukesh Chandrashekhar and she was aware of Sukesh Chandrashekar's illegal activities.
The actress was granted bail by the Patiala House Court in Delhi in a ₹200 crore extortion case on Tuesday. The actor may have got some relief from the court but had to endure being mobbed the moment she stepped foot outside the courtroom. A video of the actress is doing rounds on the internet in which she was mobbed by people outside the court.

Jacqueline escorted by her legal team, leave the court premises on Tuesday afternoon after her bail hearing. Â The actress was mopped by camerapersons, journalists, and bystanders struggling to get close to the actor even as she tries to navigate the crowd with the help of police personnel and her lawyers. Some media personnel can be heard asking her questions about the case
As soon as it caught the eyes of people they started commenting on it. Some people came in the actress support meanwhile some criticized her. One user wrote, “This is wrong. I don’t think this is the way to hound someone.” Another wrote, “This has such Rhea Chakraborty vibes. The way she was treated in her case was sad.”Â
Earlier Sukesh Chandrashekhar in his letter wrote, “It's very, very unfortunate that Jacqueline has been made an accused in the PMLA (money laundering) case… We were in a relationship and if I have given her and her family gifts, what is their fault… She never asked me for anything except loving her and standing by her...”
