Let me tell all of you that on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti yesterday, Samajwadi Party workers offered flowers and remembered the Gandhi statue in the district. Addressing the public, former district president Feroz Khan said, "We wanted to install this statue of Gandhi since 2019, but the administration was not allowing us to install the idol.''

When former district vice president Ghalib Khan approached the statue, he grabbed the statue with both hands and started crying loudly, saying Bapu.
