One of the most awaited films in Hollywood, The Flash’s Trailer is finally out and it created a storm on all over the internet. The long-awaited trailer for The Flash was released on Monday and premiered during the American football championships, the Super Bowl.
The film stars Ezra Miller as the titular superhero, it gets his standalone feature as the superhero and tries getting advice from two different Batmans, played by Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton when he travels back in time. The film is set to release on June 16, 2023. Michael seems to be single-handedly saving the controversial Flash movie. Ezra, uses his powers to save his murdered mother and keep her with his family in a new timeline.
It shows General Zod (Michael Shannon) coming back to take over the world. Barry has to then figure out how to get some help with those a bit wiser than him to tackle the villain. He teams up with another version of himself from a different universe and takes the advice of other two Batman. The two Barrys also meet an alien, Super Girl (Sasha Calle), who joins their battle against the bad guys. Turns out, it's the Batman from Tim Burton's 90s films Batman and Batman Returns, made iconic by Michael Keaton. Ben Affleck also appears as Bruce Wayne from Barry's original timeline.
Speaking about the film it is directed by Andy Muschietti, The Flash also stars Ron Livingston, Maribel Verdú, Kiersey Clemons, and Antje Traue. Ben, Michael and Ezra are reprising their roles from earlier films in the DC Universe. Ezra previously had a cameo as The Flash in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) and Suicide Squad (2016) and returned for Justice League (2017) as well as the special cut of Zack Snyder's Justice League in 2021.
