Ranveer Singh’s upcoming film ’83 is in the news since its announcement. The actor is leaving no stone unturned in playing the character of legendary cricketer Kapil Dev with perfrection. As the film is finally set to go on floors on May 15, the actor along with his co-stars Saqib Saleem, Chirag Patil, Harrdy Sandhu, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Adinath Kothare, Jatin Sarna and others took off to Dharamshala for a cricket boot camp and it has made fans even more excited. In fact, all the hype hit the roof when Ranveer Singh took to Instagram and shared a picture of the entire team bonding together.

Talking about the Ranveer's preparation for the character, a source close to the film told Mumbai Mirroe, “Besides Kapil paaji’s distinctive mannerisms, Ranveer also wants to perfect his trademark outswinger before shoot kicks off. His training is a combination of cricketing skills and training with physical conditioning.”
