Necessary ingredients :

2 cups water chestnut flour
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons Ghee
4 teaspoon black cardamom (ground powder)
To garnish
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
2 tablespoons pistachios

Recipe :
To make this delicious recipe, first, fry Singhada with ghee and then add water. Cook on a slow flame for 4 minutes or until it turns brown in colour. Keep it on the gas. Add 2 cups more water to it and keep stirring continuously. Stir it until all the water is dry. Now add sugar and mix well. Cook for 4 minutes and on low heat. After this, turn off the gas and add cardamom powder and mix. Add this molasses to a serving dish and serve with chopped pistachios and almonds.
