New Delhi: Amidst corona threat, the delhi high court was hearing the oxygen shortage in Delhi on the one hand, while patients lost their lives at Batra Hospital in the capital. Due to the hearing in the High Court, it was being reported from Batra Hospital in Delhi that they were left with a lot of oxygen, which led to the news shortly after that 8 patients had died due to lack of oxygen in Batra, including a doctor.

However, the supply of oxygen to Batra Hospital also reached in the meantime but it was too late by that time. A statement issued by the hospital said, "We did not get oxygen on time, we ran out of oxygen at 12 noon and we got the supply at 1.30 p.m. We have lost our lives in which we had a doctor of our own. "Due to the hearing, Batra Hospital had told the High Court that we had only one hour of oxygen left". Batra Hospital told the high court that they are spending a few hours every day in distress, this cycle is not going to end.

On the whole issue, the Delhi government has told the court that delhi's oxygen tankers are not being given priority. Delhi has to struggle every day. To find out we have to get to the bottom of what's going on behind the screen. Our officers are on the verge of a nervous breakdown every day. Meanwhile, advocate Virat Gupta in his appeal has said that he knows that 12 political parties are engaged in black marketing of oxygen. The same High Court has directed the Centre to "In any case 490 MT of oxygen should reach today". If it is not followed, the court can take contempt proceedings. If the work is not completed, the secretary of the DPIIT will have to appear before the court in the next hearing. Now the water has climbed above the head.
