New Delhi: On the occasion of the 75th Army Day Parade, the country's Army Chief General Manoj Pandey has once again given a stern warning to China. He said that we are fully prepared to deal with any antics on the Line of Actual Control (LAC). General Manoj Pandey has said that last year the army faced security-related challenges with firmness and ensured active and firm security of the borders. The Army took necessary steps for capability development, force restructuring, and improving training. He said that we have strengthened our preparations for future wars.

The Army Chief said that the situation in the northern border areas has been normal and necessary steps have been taken to maintain peace through established protocols and existing mechanisms. Maintaining a strong defensive position along the LAC, we are fully prepared to deal with any exigency. He said that despite the difficult terrain and bad weather, our brave soldiers are stationed there. All types of weapons, equipment, and facilities are being given to them in sufficient quantity. The development of infrastructure has improved with the joint efforts of the local administration, other agencies, and the army.

Along with this, he also said big things about the border with Pakistan. He said the ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) in the western border areas continues and there has been a decline in ceasefire violations, but the terror infrastructure across the border (in Pakistan) still remains. Our counter-infiltration grid is continuously thwarting infiltration from there. Let us tell you that the Army Day Parade is being organized at the MEG & Center in Bengaluru, where Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has arrived here as the chief guest. Today's parade has been organized under the supervision of the Southern Command of the Army.
