Raipur: In Chhattisgarh, about 1100 Christians together did Ghar Wapsi to Sanatan Dharma. These people returned to their original religion 'Sanatan' on Thursday (January 19) on the third day of Shrimad Bhagwat Katha organized at Basna in Mahasamund district. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Prabal Pratap Singh Judev got everyone back to Sanatan Dharma by washing their feet with the water of the Maa Ganga.

According to the report, the people who did Ghar Wapsi say that they lost their way and became victims of conversion, and left their religion. Realizing their mistake, they have come back to Hinduism. Katha Vachak Pandit Himanshu Krishna Maharaj administered the oath to these people. Judev told that 1100 people from about 325 families did Ghar Wapsi to Sanatan Dharma. It is notable that a similar event was held in March 2022 in Katangpali village under Mahasamund. At that time, during the Vishwa Kalyan Mahayagya, about 1250 people did Ghar Wapsi to Hinduism.

Let us inform you that BJP's Chhattisgarh state minister Prabal Pratap Singh Judev continues to campaign for the return of the converted people. Earlier on Christmas, he had brought 50 Christian families back to Sanatan Dharma in Kilkila, Pathalgaon. Similarly, Dilip Singh Judev, who was a minister in Atal ji's government, used to get those people of the tribal society back to their original religion by washing their feet, who had converted under the guise of Christian missionaries. Dilip Singh Judev passed away in August 2013. Since then his son Prabal Pratap Singh Judev is carrying forward this campaign.
