Ingredients for making Golgappa's spicy water-
1 handful green coriander
1/2 handful mint
4 green chilies
1 inch piece of ginger
2 glasses cold water
2 tsp amchur powder
salt to taste
1 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp Jaljeera powder
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
juice of 1/2 lemon

Method of making Golgappa's hot and spicy water- First of all, soak amchur powder in a little lukewarm water in a bowl and keep it for 5 minutes. If you want, you can keep soaked tamarind instead of amchur. After that wash and clean coriander, mint, green chili and ginger and grind them finely by putting them in the mixer. Now take a glass of cold water in a bowl. Add mango water to it and mix. Now we will keep a sieve over this bowl and put coriander, mint, ginger, chilli paste in it and filter it. After this, add the remaining one glass of cold water to it and mix all the dry spices like salt, black salt, ground cumin, red chili powder and jaljeera powder. Now after this add lemon juice and sugar and mix it very well till the sugar melts. (Adding sugar and lemon juice is completely optional.) If you want, don't add it. Our delicious Spicy Spicy Jaljeera Wala Golgappa Pani is ready.
