Bollywood actress Meera Chopra spoke on Monday about the CBI interrogation the death of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput that people should trust CBI. "It is extremely difficult to investigate a case where most of the evidence has been destroyed," Meera wrote from her verified Twitter handle. We should trust the CBI and let it do its job. The entire country is seeking justice for Sushant. We are confident that the authorities would not have ignored that sentiment". Meera Chopra's tweet came to the fore when Sushant's fans were seeking justice for him.
Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh claimed that the investigation into sushant Singh Rajput's death case is getting colder. Deshmukh told the media, "The case of Sushant's death was being investigated by the Maharashtra police and the Mumbai police in a very professional manner. But it was suddenly handed over to the CBI. We want to know eagerly," Deshmukh told media persons. Even people are now asking whether Sushant died of suicide or was murdered. We want the details of the CBI inquiry to come out."
Earlier, Sushant's family lawyer Vikas Singh also questioned the CBI's sluggish investigation. Addressing a press conference on Friday, Singh said, "A doctor from the AIIMS team claimed that it was a murder case. One of the doctors in the AIIMS team says it is a 200 per cent death case by strangulation and not suicide. The CBI should make its point clear on this matter."
