Chandigarh: After more than a month, 129 cases of corona virus have been registered in Gurugram, Haryana, adjacent to the country's capital Delhi. This number has increased at a time when the Manohar Lal Khattar government of Haryana has removed the mandatory tag on masks. That is, now wearing a mask in Haryana has become optional rather than mandatory.

At the same time, a similar trend has been seen in the national capital Delhi, which has withdrawn the provision of penalty for not using masks and made masks optional but not mandatory. Let us tell you that the last time the case of crossing 100 corona cases in Gurugram came on March 4, when 115 cases were registered. After this, the number had come down to below 100. In Haryana, on 16 February, all restrictions related to corona in the state were removed.

However, the government had instructed the use of masks in crowded areas. Let us inform that 137 new cases of corona infection were reported in Delhi on Monday and the infection rate rose to 2.7 percent, which is the highest in the last two months, raising concerns about the virus spreading again in the national capital.
