New Delhi: The monsoon has bid farewell but it is still raining at some places. North India is witnessing a major change in the weather. There is continuous snowfall in the mountains and the impact is clearly visible in the plains. The cold wave has started knocking and in the meantime, the northeast monsoon is all set to rain in south India. The monsoon will bring rain to the southern states of the country. Let me tell you all that the MET department has said that the possibility of rain in any state except the southern parts of the country is unlikely for the next few days.

You must be aware that the mountains of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand have been receiving incessant snowfall for the last few days.
