It was cloudy in most parts of Jammu division. There has been a complete drop in temperature due to changing weather. According to the meteorological center Srinagar, there will be rain and snowfall in many parts of Kashmir on February 12 and 13. There may be rain in some parts of the Jammu division as well. The Srinagar-Leh National Highway has not yet been opened after the snowfall at Jojila Pass. Traffic has not been restored on the Mughal road connecting District Rajouri and Poonch with Shopian (Kashmir).

According to the information received, there was a light snowfall in the mountainous regions of Kashmir. In the plains, light rains started late in the evening. At the same time, it is also being said that the minimum night temperature in all parts of Kashmir is running below zero. Most districts of Jammu division remained cloudy on Tuesday. Again in Jammu, a coolness was felt between the clouds. The day temperature dropped 2.6 degrees below normal to 18.7 and the minimum temperature was 8.3 degrees Celsius.
