New Delhi: Heavy rains is wreaking havoc in many parts of the country these days. Due to heavy rains, the flood situation has arisen in many places. The monsoon is currently in its last stop. But there is no decrease in rain. This heavy rain has caused heavy damage to crops.
The Meteorological Department has forecast rain in many parts of the country including eastern Uttar Pradesh, eastern Rajasthan and Andaman and the Nicobar Islands on Tuesday. According to the Meteorological Department, strong rains are expected in Marathawada, Konkan, Goa, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Rayalaseema, coastal Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal.
According to the information received from the department, in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, gusts of 50-60 km per hour can be driven and there can be thunderstorms. Apart from this, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Sikkim and Odisha are expected to get rains with lightning. A total of 16 disaster management and seven engineer teams have been deployed in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh to oversee rescue operations in flood-affected areas, the Ministry of Home Affairs said on Monday. There are 11 disaster management teams and four engineer teams deployed in Rajasthan. Madhya Pradesh has suffered heavy losses due to this heavy downpour.
