New Delhi: Along with the corona epidemic, the weather has also started hurting people. The maximum temperature of the season in Delhi was recorded at 40.2 degree Celsius on Wednesday. Heat wave was also seen in some parts of Rajasthan. But it is a matter of relief among all that soon rains can be seen in many parts of the country including Delhi-NCR.

According to the Meteorological Department, light rains may occur in Delhi NCR on Friday. With this, the maximum temperature will also decrease. According to the Meteorological Department, due to western disturbances, there may be rain in the northwestern areas of the country on Friday. There is a possibility of rains in the hilly areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal and Uttarakhand. Apart from this, it will be cloudy in Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh as well as light rain. With this, the temperature will decrease in the plains states.

Talking about the next 4 to 5 days, there is a possibility of cloudburst in Northwest India including Delhi-NCR. Also, the maximum temperature will be less than 40 degrees. Meteorologist Kuldeep Srivastava says that every year between 15 and 18 April, once the temperature reaches 40 degrees. There may be some decrease in temperature due to Western disturbances. However, after April 26, the mercury is expected to rise once again.
