New Delhi: The meteorological department has forecast that there is no possibility of rain in the north-northwest parts of the country, as the time for the return of the southwest monsoon is near. The department has also expressed the possibility that the maximum temperature in these parts will be above the normal limit. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has told in its daily report that most parts of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana Delhi did not receive rain on Friday.

According to private weather agency 'Skymet Weather', monsoon may return from western Rajasthan from October 1. According to this, the withdrawal of monsoon from the northern part of North India can be completed by October 7. At the same time, there was no continuous rain in Delhi for the 17th day and the weather remained humid. IMD said that there is no possibility of rain in Delhi at present, due to lack of rain, there is a possibility of increasing mercury in the next few days.

Meanwhile, Haryana Punjab also recorded maximum temperature on Friday. Narnaul in Haryana recorded a maximum temperature of 39.5 degree Celsius. Amritsar in Punjab recorded a maximum temperature of 35.8 degrees Celsius. However, moderate to heavy rain was recorded in parts of eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal northeast on Friday.
